Play the infectious beat of the drum! In this intensive drumming camp will be learning the hand techniques specific to the conga, playing rhythms from Cuba and Haiti. This is a great opportunity to learn to play as an ensemble, and to grow your individual skills.

Linda Warnaar of Barnet is a lifetime student and teacher of music, playing trumpet, guitar, vocals, conga, and drum set. She has studied the conga, specifically Cuban and Haitian music, for 20 years, including travel to Cuba. You may have seen her play with the Drumatics, Chickweed, or Tritium Well.
