Register today to join Turtle Ridge Foundation for any portion of this weekend-long fundraising event including tennis tournament, cocktail party & music followed by a gourmet dinner, silent auction and golf tournament.
TRF is excited to kick off the tennis portion of this 2-day fundraising event at 10:00am on Saturday morning with some light stretching, calisthenics, tennis clinics and warm-up sessions led by Bode Miller, his (expert tennis) Family and Tamarack Staff. The tennis tournament will start after a light “camp style” lunch with 4 ability levels, A (expert), B (intermediate), W (wheelchair expo) and Z (beginner, just having fun). The Z-Bracket is a low-octane, less competitive play and will appeal to tennis players of all ages and abilities who are just not up for the full-fledged, day-long tournament. The W Expo will take place later in the afternoon and give some of our local adaptive athletes a chance to showcase the growing popularity of Wheelchair Tennis. The A & B Bracket will start of at 12 noon with a least a 2 match guarantee and the finals finishing up under the lights after dinner.
Day 2 of BodeBash is the golf tournament and takes place at the Maplewood Country Club in Bethlehem, NH with a 8am check-in and 9am shotgun scramble. The golf portion of BodeBash is made up of over 100 (25 4-somes) players hitting the links for an 18 hole, all day golf tournament. TRF will offer a light grab-n-go breakfast sponsored by Stonyfield and Dunkin Donuts, there will be plenty of other complementary food available throughout the day including the TRF Dog Tent on the 9th & 11th Hole sponsored by Applegate Farms as well as the ever traveling Maplewood Food & Beverage cart loaded with homemade sandwiches, chips, fruit & drinks. Dixon Golf will be on board sponsoring a Hole In-One and a Long Drive and TRF will have their dedicated volunteers on hand selling mulligans, raffle tickets, and running the Casino Hole Contest and the Chilly Memorial Putting Contest to keep things entertaining throughout the day. The day wraps up with awards, thank-yous and goodbyes by 2pm.
