Second Saturdays May 13 through November 11. This is a series of workshops, each is a half hour presentation followed by a half hour of Q&A. Topics include community resources, tips for living safely at home as long as possible, nutrition, how to stay physically and mentally fit, medication questions, depression vs. sadness.
